  • After Shipment: If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may still be eligible to return the item once it arrives (see Return Policy below).

2. Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy for certain items under the conditions specified below:

    • Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, undamaged, in original packaging).
